If you’re interested in traveling with Bodhi Tree India tailor-made holidays, the first thing you have to do is drop an e-mail to fen@bodhitreeindia.in or info@bodhitreeindia.in mentioning which of the signature tours on our website you would like to book and the class of accommodation you are looking for. If you are looking for a tailor-made holiday with us, just go on to the quick enquiry button and fill in your basic details of requirements. Our team will contact you in not less than 12 hours. It is our guarantee. Upon the receipt of confirmation mail from your side to go ahead with the suggested plan, our travel consultant will make necessary booking with respective hotels as per the dates you have confirmed your holiday and revert with a hotel reservation status with details of hotel booking and other services confirmed from our side.

Payment

Up on the receipt of hotel reservation status from us, you have to pay 25% as advance to hold the bookings and services on a confirmed basis and rest of the amount has to be paid one month prior to the date of travel or you can pay us on day of arrival. In some cases when travel is during peak period a higher deposit may be required. We will inform you if this is required. Again it depends upon the type of the holiday you have booked with us as longer duration holidays will need full advance payment one month prior to the date of travel.

As soon you we get the advance deposit you will receive a detailed itinerary with pictures and day to day activities along with timings. Upon the arrival at aiport you will be get a welcome kit from Bodhi Tree India which includes detailed itinerary, hotel vouchers, post cards, book marks, leaf let on traveling tips in India, feedback form and contact list. We will be providing local phone sim cards upon request.

Cancellation policy

If cancellation is received more than 45 days (60 days prior if traveling during peak period 20 Dec-10 Jan) prior there will be no retention other than admin charges of Rs 4000 per person. If the cancellation happens between 45 Day -30 Days, 25% of the package price is not refundable. Should you want to cancel within one month prior to departure you will have to forfeit the total price of the tour.

This is a rough calculation, in the unlikely event of you having to cancel the trip we will try our best to refund whatever possible from the hotels and are happy to refund the same after deducting admin charges. We recommend you have adequate insurance to cover your holiday that also covers cancellation charges. If you decide to postpone your trip after confirmation and it falls within the cancellation period then we will try and credit the amount paid against your future trip as long as you follow the same itinerary and use the same hotels, subject to the availability at the same hotels for the new dates and should it not be available, the hotel’s Individual cancellation policy will apply.

In most cases the domestic flight tickets issued are on special fares and incur full cancellation.
